Refernet is a system conceived, built and run by Viccari Wheele, designed to provide a digital referral process for managing customers who are sent between advice agencies. 

The system focusses on the referral itself, ensuring a clean and simple interface and a simple to understand logic for users who are often volunteers. It has various levels of login access, and also outcomes. It can provide non-attributable data and reports for agencies to show usage to fund providers.

Viccari Wheele wanted to make Refernet the best system available of its type and we are selling quite a lot of new systems. Our new User Interface (UI) is due for release in spring 2017.
